Job Responsibilities:

• To plan and conduct the health promotion activities and professional training programmes
• To manage daily administration and correspondence of the Health Promotion Centre
• To provide secretarial support to relevant committees under the Association
• To assist in handling financial matters, such as the preparation of budget plans
• To supervise subordinates and volunteers

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Science, Social Work, Education, or health-related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in social and health care services or public organisations
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and committed, with strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent skills in computer applications, including office software, virtual training programmes, and social media, etc.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Salary and Benefits:

• Up to HK$49,230 per month (commensurate with qualification and experience)
• A discretionary bonus amounting to 10% of the total basic salary drawn during the relevant period of employment will be provided from the 2nd contract onwards.
