Dear family members,

Visitation policy in our home is as follows:

The visiting hours:
9:00 am to 7:30 pm

Each visit is limited to 3 visitors per resident. Visitors may take turns to make the visitation if there are more than 3 visitors. Visitors may also choose to have the visitation in the resident’s room.

Before entering the facility, visitors must:
1. Wear a surgical mask at all times

2. Check body temperature, wash hands, and pass through the disinfection path.

3. Register personal information*

4. Visitors who have a fever or symptoms of upper respiratory infection, will not be
allowed for visit.

*Prior registration is not necessary, please record your personal information upon arrival according to Social Welfare Department guidelines.
