The Department of Health launched the "Primary Dental Co-care Pilot Scheme for Adolescents (PDCC)" on 20 March 2025.  The PDCC is one of the strategies that serves as an interface with the School Dental Care Service by providing partial subsidies for dental check-up services for adolescents (aged 13-17) to foster their long-term partnership with registered dentists in the private sector and enable them to build a life-long habit of regular dental check-ups.  For eligibility criteria, scope of subsidised services and other details about the scheme, please refer to the following government's webpage:
